Greets patients professionally and provides a patient-friendly point of entry and/or exit. Delivers excellent patient-centered service in a medical office setting by scheduling patient appointments, collecting co-payments/pre-payments/other payments, reviewing patient balances, entering charges promptly and accurately, processing referrals and maintaining a comfortable wait experience for patients based on practice protocols and UF Health Physicians policies and procedures.
